Privacy Policy

Landrace Ops ("we", "us") builds tools and resources for cannabis dispensary operators. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile photo as provided by the identity provider.
• Profile preferences. Theme, home dispensary, and other settings you save on your profile page.
• Business data you submit. Menus you upload or link (CSV files, URLs) for the Competitive Market Comparison tool, and the reports we generate from them.
• Payment information. Stripe handles all card details directly; we store only the Stripe payment reference and the run it belongs to. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) retained for security and debugging.

How we use it

• Provide the services you request (reports, comparisons, saved preferences).
• Send transactional emails (run-queued, report-ready, refund notifications).
• Detect and prevent abuse (rate limits, Turnstile challenges, anomaly checks).
• Improve product quality via aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.

How we share it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare for web hosting, CDN, and Turnstile bot challenges.
• Railway for API hosting.
• Stripe for payment processing (for paid Market Scan reports).
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google" for sign-in.

We disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, or similar process) and will try to notify you first unless prohibited.

Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Comparison runs and their reports are retained indefinitely (for your reference) unless you request deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Your choices

• Update your profile at any time from the Profile page.
• Request account and data deletion by emailing support@landraceops.com. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
• Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights (access, deletion, opt-out of sale). We don't sell data, and you can exercise the other rights via the same email.

Children

Landrace Ops is a business tool for adult cannabis retail operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
