Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Landrace Ops ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and authorized to access cannabis retail business tooling in your jurisdiction. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of abuse.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service outside its public interfaces.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have permission to share.
• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or target specific individuals.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, payment controls, or anti-abuse mechanisms.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the menus, files, and data you upload. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service and generate the reports you request.

We own the Service itself, including our catalog data, scoring models, rubrics, and aggregated analytics.

5. Paid features

Some features of the Service (currently the Market Scan competitive report at $10 per run, or $5 for a re-run) require payment. Stripe processes all payments. Prices may change; material price changes to active features will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

Automated refund triggers are described in the Market Scan flow itself (for example, when we cannot scrape enough competitors for a reliable report). Manual refund requests can be sent to support@landraceops.com.

6. Third-party data and accuracy

Catalog and competitive data comes from a combination of first-party curation and third-party sources (dispensary menus, POS systems, public web pages). We work hard to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee completeness or freshness. Use the Service as decision support, not as a sole source of truth for compliance or financial decisions.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landrace Ops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if greater).

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@landraceops.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email to active account holders and the updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
